I loved learning printmaking at the Boston Museum School and some etchings and lithographs are included here. But when my parents saw my unflattering etching of them, they took me out of art school. After that I worked as a school bus driver – it took a few more years to start getting paid as an artist. I remember spending a week’s salary ($90!) on an air compressor and an airbrush.
